The indoor swimming pool and small gym were perfect for unwinding after long days of exploring. Only downside was the breakfast area getting a bit crowded at times, but I’d recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway! 😊

this hotel is a total letdown, what kind of hotel reserves lunch boxes that clearly came from the breakfast bar? also, the so-called heated pool was barely warm enough to dip a toe into. i was truly expecting a complimentary upgrade or something for all my troubles but instead got treated like another average guest. just couldn't overlook that.

This was just a well-suited match for a brief weekend stay in Puerto Natales with outstanding value. The shower corner was really too much, though. If you like privacy, bring a sleeping mask since the curtains don’t block out all the light.

the natalino hotel patagonia is perfectly located near great restaurants, shops, and cafes. the facilities are aesthetically pleasing, and our standard double room was comfortable and clean. the friendly staff made our mornings even better with a good breakfast. plus, the heated pool was ideal after our long walks through the national parks nearby.
